Cant say Im impressed!!! Went for a routine check up on Friday 1st February to be told that I need a tooth out. Made an appointment for Friday 15th but after seeing them on the 1st was prodded about that much that was then in agony for 2 days with raging toothache. Made an emergency appointment this morning to be told that now Ive got an infection and that I still need to go back next Friday for the extraction but given antibiotics for the infection. Whats really got me is the price. Was charged 21.60 on the 1st which is understandable then charged another 28.60 today and then told I still gotta pay 59.10 next Friday to have the tooth out. So in total its cost me near on 110 for 1 tooth to come out. Absolute joke considering I went there for a check up. Feel as thou Ive been ripped off today for the 28.60 as it aint my fault I got the infection now and am in agony.
Got told I should have had a root canal when I previously went over a year ago and my dentist said that she has a low success rate of root canals, so it's looking like I'll have to go elsewhere. All staff have been friendly and polite, but treatments have been disappointing.
Friendly and very professional reception staff. Just had my 6 monthly check up with Mr Stone....no problems. Dentists are not normally places that you look forward to visiting but Lowestoft Dental Design Studio are the exception to the rule.
Really friendly and professional dental practice, I hadn't seen a dentist for over a decade after being put off by a previous dentists and this surgery has gone out of its way to make me feel relaxed, can't recommend them enough.
Escorted my wife here for an emergency appointment.This is the only East Coast NHS Dentist that offered the courtesy of waiting until could be seen, because no actual appointments were available.My wife was seen in about 1.1/2 hours,quick really. Examination & treatment superb.Definitely recommend.
