Amazing service and such wonderful flowers for our wedding, attentive and listened to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond. The flowers were beautifully arranged and everyone commented on how stunning they were. We always use Violets when we need flowers :)

The order process was easy and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. On the day of the delivery the flowers were delivered to the wrong address resulting in my friend not having her flowers on the day of her birthday. I found the owner very rude and patronising when I complained and wouldn't entertain giving me any sort of refund. I am pleased to say the matter has been resolved and my friend received her flowers a day late due human error, we all make mistakes but I found the way the owner dealt with my complaint unacceptable. The flowers by all accounts are lovely and I thank you for this but you need to brush up your customer service skills I would not use this florist again
