They claim worldwide delivery with no exception whatsoever mentioned on their website. After completing (the usual) time consuming ordering process mingling with addresses and credit card data the money was pretty much instantly refunded without any explanation given. After contacting customer support, they just state they do not deliver to the Canary Islands and to Russia. They not even try an excuse, after the clearly wrong advertisement. What would it take to just mention it SOMEWHERE on their webpage, that there is a caveat about that WORLDWIDE delivery claim. What else is not true and wrongly advertised by this company?.....Seller meanwhile updated the delivery page with the correct info, which was way overdue and exactly why I wrote this review.Unfortunately the seller makes the overall impression of his company worse, by still not apologising and instead claiming the correct info had been there all along, which is a flat down lie. I sincerely double checked the delivery info page before ordering and again before writing this review.To say it is outside ones control to deal with some custom regulations seems also strange. The Canary islands are part of the E.U., there are no customs, just a different tax, which meanwhile doesn't even apply to sales under 150 EUR shipping costs included. Seller also claims he gave me some info to help (which would also be accepted as an apology and very welcome), but which is also not true, because he just claims something without giving me a real info about where exactly it is available. Sad.
This company and product is outstanding. They built a custom high/low teak table for my Sea Ray 48DA. The quality was outstanding. Great people to work with on the design. They delivered ahead of their promised delivery date. Can't say enough great things about their company, people and product.
