A very friendly bunch. Proprietor Lee Wall is going the extra mile to give back to the community with his passion for the less previledged members of the community. Their car boot, albeit in it's infancy is growing steadily, the memberships are cheap and everybody I have come accross both in the martial arts classes and in their gym are always very friendly, welcoming and happy to show you around. My kids really enjoy their classes and I have already seen the benefits from accessing their gym and onsite personal trainer.
