Nice gym especially for weights. But all exercise catered for.. Clean.. Tidy.. Friendly staff. Well worth the membership or a non member single session...
Spot on family run Gym , not a fashion parade or posing palace , its a Gym for people that like and actually want to train . Friendly staff , friendly locals and the place is always spotless . Has enough equipment for all types of training not just bodybuilding. Trained here for last six month while working In area , will be training here again in March When I return .
One of the best gyms I have trained in!!!! I am from London and was in the area for work. I took out a weeks membership for 15 and honestly I am so happy I choose to train at this particular gym. They have various machines to work all body parts and have a plenty of free weight. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in the fitness industry. And the gym is very well maintained. Overall, if anyone is serious about there training you must join this gym. Thank your PowerHouse!!!

I compete as a body builder and find the powerhouse gym very motivating for my training. I would thoroughly recommend this gym for anyone looking to keep fit or body building on all levels. There are a few strong men who train here so the equipment is fairly robust. This gym is big 5 stars from me!
