Could not fault the time and care given when I took my 88 year old mother for blood tests and an ECG. No waiting at all and staff were very patient and caring.
This surgery should have no stars the staff are rude. They talk to you like rubbish or they hang up on you , you try and make appointment they tell you they fully booked

Not much good doctors here and i would not recommend it there as I've had trouble with them
This used to be a great surgery but now for some reason its really gone downhill. Was taking upwards of a month to wait for a simple appointment for minor things, now they've introduced a new booking system and its taken me a month to even BOOK an appointment; you have to phone at 8am or 2pm and if they don't have anything, well that's too bad for you! Phone back another day and try again! Absolute garbage.
