Use to be best kebab shop in OB and Lowestoft but very average now and expensive, chicken sonar was very dry, cheesy chips hard and hardly any cheese for 4 was not good.
Very disgusting customer service recieved this evening! Not only were the pizzas we ordered under cooked and chewy. My partner ordered his with fresh garlic only to actually recieve some under cooked dough with garlic puree slapped on top. They then lied to him on the phone and refused to give a refund or even a replacement n then again when we went through the just eat app an got them to ring the shop aswell. We will not be using this place again and will be sure to make sure friends or family dont either. If they carry on like that they will be out of business very quickly.
Orderd a pizza with fresh garlic only to receive a soggy pizza covered in garlic puree i called flames to explain this is not what i orderd only for the lady on the phone to be rude & to be told thats just how we do it.i couldnt eat it despite my hunger i was refused a replacement or refund very bad customer service.used to love this place really gone down hill since new management.wont be using again.
They slice there pizza meat in half! Flames used to be amazing but I have learnt this evening they are under new management! I used flames for over 5/6 years! I WOUDNT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE NOW! i have asked them to collect my pizza to see what a disgusting mess it is! I was told drivers are too busy!
Pizza has always been good here but unfortunately staff members taking orders on the phone and delivery time is not their strong point. We called today regarding delivery and the lady speaking seemed to have a rude attitude and said that they do not deliver to our area, especially not on weekends (even though we have had deliveries from them many times). When we checked just eat it said that they do deliver (we have ordered using the app before) so mixed messages here!
