Film in small screen sold out, film in big screen almost empty. Better organisation required!

Even though the film was great it took far too long to get food and drink from the kiosk and the young lad that served me and my group did not apologies for the delay and took his time serving us. Not to mention that he seemed to be rather rude and would it hurt to smile a little? I think not. Was no impressed
