Very friendly, good knowledge and lovely livestock
Small friendly shop. The selection is ever increasing and the owner listens to her customers, getting the stock that people want. Prices can be a little expensive but there are bargains to be had too! Fantastic shop, fantastic people, and a pleasure to support.
Great local shop with a good selection and friendly helpful staff
I worked here for a few months. I was accused of not working, not cleaning tanks, which I was as I hate dirty tanks. I'd hoover the floor, fill all sumps up and do all jobs I needed to do. One time I didn't fill the sumps due to some sharp glass which the owner didn't tell me and it was camouflaged so I couldn't see the sharp edges. I cut a very deep CUT pretty much to the bone. I told the owner I did so and nothing was done about it, not even a rist assessment which she is legally bound to do. I have been made out as a liar which i am offended by.. all nice in your face and face only. I will order online and even drive to norwich from lowestoft to maiden head aquatics if needs be. I am shocked that this is all happened. I allowed the owner into my home as a friend and have been accused of not working......... when i was getting everything done and serving customers to the best of my ability.
Great staff, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Will be returning soon.
