Providing healthcare to our patients in a safe and timely manner is one of top priorities. And I am sorry if we fell short of that when you came in to the pharmacy for your daughters medication. I have looked into your feedback and I am advised the computers were on a back up cycle which is essential to keep our patients information safe and secure. Unfortunately this meant our team was unable to access the computers while this was happening at the time you came in. I can only apologise to you for the inconvenience caused and assure you we have taken your comment seriously.
Closes at 10.30Went in at 10.20 telephoned them before hand asking if I still had time to pick up a prescription.They said yes. I couldn't pick up my daughters prescription which she needed urgently because they had turned there computer off. DISGUSTING.There not open tomorrow either so have to wait until Saturday so that's another 2 days without medication. Can't go get it else where because the prescription was electronically sent to them at that surgery.
