Receptionists friendly and helpful,the nurse who dealt with Teddy very knowledgeable. The vets l have meet all seem professional but friendly, Ted operation site was very neat and no problems with the healing.Would recommend.
If you cannot pay the bill IN FULL on the day of treatment they will offer to put your animal down or ask you to sign it over to the RSPCA. All we could manage to pay on the day was nearly 800 but it wasn't enough. Money matters more to this company than your pet having a long happy life with you.
Such lovely caring staff. My silly dog decided to swallow a piece of toy which made him extremely unwell. The vet here saved his life. The after care was brilliant as well. Definitely 10/10 Thank you x
