If you take your bike in stay away from the older chap! Tried to tell us it was 25 pounds to fit a part but yet the other staff around him laughed and said... No it's a tenner. Then just simply wouldn't listen to me when I was telling him the problems and gave his own diagnosis which was completely wrong. He's either very stupid or very calculated... Either way he shouldn't be working there! Every other staff member I've never had a problem with anything.
