Have to wait over a month to be seen and then they cannot book you in because they do not have the schedule for the following month! Joke of a surgery.
Receptionists are rude, one of the doctors I saw for the first time was behond rude and didn't want to listen to me. But I will say the 2nd doctor I saw was very kind and listended to me, shame he is leaving. The pharmacy is very good though, extremely kind staff !
Practice seems to have been struggling to provide a decent service for quite some time! GP's are few and far between and don't want to listen when you're there to name just a few of the issues!! Better plan your sickness so you can book an appt (if they let you) in advance!!
