Disappointing, I had my hair done with Aimee a few months ago and loved it however since my last appointment with Sara in January my hair doesnt look as nice and the top wasnt done correctly, it is fading which didnt happen before. Remi was the only main staff member that was friendly and Aimee completely ignored me, didnt look at me and said nothing. Not sure if it was jealousy that Id booked with another hairdresser just because my hair needed doing sooner and she was fully booked. Such ashame as it could be a great salon. I hope Robert Owen will read my review and take note because I would have come back to fix my hair but dont feel welcome or comfortable in the salon unfortunately.
