Having sold my house through another agent Id found a property through shaws, called four times to view a house never got my appointment and no one bothered to call me back! Very disappointed wit my overall experience from the rude man who answered the phone on my last call to the no response my experience has been dreadful thankfully they werent involved in my house sale!

Having sold my last house using Shaws and also having sold my current house via Shaws I can only go on my own experience which on both occasions have been great, I used the 499 inc vat option on both occasions and sold both homes within 2 weeks of being put up for sale. If you have confidence in your home selling itself and only need to get it onto the main online websites then this is without doubt the best option in this area. Found staff to answer all questions quick and minimum fuss. Would use again without hesitation.
