Viewed a property in Lowestoft which looked lovely in the photos. Well in reality it should have been condemned, piles of old bricks and rubble piled up in the front garden, all the window frames rotted out, broken glass everwhere, filthy kitchen and a balcony that l wouldn't trust to a cats weight. How does an apparently reputable agent allow itself to get involved in a slum property. As a landlord l would be so ashamed to bring this to the market and suprised any agent would be interested in doing so.
