Marvellous trip and we were able to take our dog with us
Great on a summer's day. If you live local and haven't been aboard - then shame on you. Also a bar and why not take a picnic!
Great morning out on the small boatvwe hired. 4 of us. Plenty of room lots lovely countryside to see wildlife etc. 2boys 2ladys wr all had a turn steering.
Lovely and informative boat trip. Really relaxing lovely staff and refreshments available on board.
Although we did enjoy the trip it wasn't quite what we expected. The trip was advertised as a heritage tour and we thought that we would be seeing some interesting historic places. However this wasn't the case. What we saw were lots and lots and lots of reeds!Then we turned around and saw lots and lots and lots of reeds on the way back!It was a cool place to be on a hot day. The crew were polite and friendly. But it wasn't quite as interesting as we expected. Other people on board also had been expecting something different.
