Very helpful & friendly spent many a happy hour here very relaxed atmosphere , clean & very tidy holiday place !!
Nice part of the world, ideally situated close to the beach and just a 3 minute drive to town, pleasant and tidy site, good family fun
In need of modernisation. Limited facilities. Playground not suitable for younger children. Clubhouse is very 80s with limited entertainment. Could be so much better with some investment. Marketed at retirement aged clients but short sighted that most of them have younger family members that would make good use of the site. Not surprisingly lots of empty plots!
Enjoyed 8 nights in the small touring site alongside the main static caravan site. Great location, very tidy, in fact, almost immaculate grounds...credit to the staff. Beach 5 minutes walk...excellent for dogs. Lowestoft about 30 mins walk away. Very pleased.
Fabulous site and a beautiful part of our coast. We've been coming here for over 30 years and we still love it just as much as our first visit
