Excellent holiday complex I've been going for around 20 years.
Nice and friendly staff. Swimming pool, great for families and kids. Indoor gym to boot. Decent rooms too

Lovely clean, well-equipped chalet on a quiet resort. Play area for very young children, nothing really for older kids. On site swimming pool is smaller than appears in online photos. Quayside restaurant and bar do a good range of meals and it's good quality at a reasonable price. Although website says that WiFi is available at the bar, it's very hit-and-miss, need to go more into Lowestoft before you can get a consistent 4G signal too. Very peaceful week spent there - perfect if you want some "disconnected" time away.
Just spent the last 2 weeks here, we have been coming to this park for over 30 years, and always enjoyed it. The Park and Marina is in the process of a big change with superb new Villas, refurbished bungalows and a new superb caravan park. Definitely worth checking out if you are considering buying a holiday property, or booking a holiday. Staff extremely helpful and polite.
