What a lovely stay, room was very clean beautiful view of the sea. Staff very friendly and breakfast was very tasty... Would recommend.
Very warm welcome at reception. Great room with sea view. Quiet. No road outside between hotel and beach so no traffic noise. Great breakfast. Fantastic cocktails. Bar area has great views of sea. Guests also very friendly. Just a few niggles - bathroom smelt strongly of cheese but did fade. A king size bed would be much better in the room. Cold tap in sink runs warm for ages. TV sound was distorted.
Anyone going to Lowestoft should stay in this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make you feel really welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed however could be bigger and the bathroom did have a very unpleasant smell to start with ( very cheesy!). Great sea view and very quiet. Breakfast was good too. Really do recommend .
I have stayed at this hotel before five years ago. As a BW branded hotel chain, you know what standards to expect. I was not disappointed at all. All the staff were attentive and personable. All the staff I met and spoke to were polite and efficient. The food was very good with plenty of choices.
A really nice hotel right on the beach front, with parking at the rear. Super staff (reception room, bar and restaurant) and a fantastic breakfast setting with lovely local produce. Look forward to visiting again. Its also a five minute walk to the town centre.
