Lovely.....food was incredible...and the staff were lovely and helpful..can't wait until next visit....
Was at this hotel sept 2017 for a friend's wedding reception. The hotel was very nice, and the venue room looked lovely. I have been to weddings in hotels before with full meals, but have to say this was the best meal by far of any. The food was fresh tasty and plentiful. Unfortunately as we had travelled a long way we could not stay very long but I would recommend this hotel based on what I experienced.
I had a meal with a company of 20 and found the food and service was excellent. The following day I had a buffet style lunch for approximately 50Guests and again found the food well prepared and presented.
Probably the best hotel location in Lowestoft set on the cliffs overlooking the fantastic blue flag beach.The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment at this time so things look a little chaotic, but the staff are on hand to help where they can and very friendly.Only ate breakfast as we were there for a function, the food was fresh and good quality.
Nice hotel, nice venue. But as with all of these sea side hotels, the decor is getting old, the water pressure lacking, and the beds are somewhat worn. Its a shame because those are fundamentals and sadly Premier Inn have a much better format and ultimatly all that matters if you are after a nights sleep is the bed and then in the morning the shower... Having said that its a prime location, a breakfast was very enjoyable overlooking the seafront. The bar is small and a bit squishy and again, decor is circa 1990's and needs updating. staff great.
