Excellent guest house with friendly considerate staff. Located on a beach front. Watch parking as limited! Rooms were clean and presentable. Approx 1mile from centre. Breakfast was excellent.

A lovely B&B with historic connections to the composer Benjamin Britten. Very welcoming hosts and clean and comfortable rooms. Several rooms offer sea views. Located near to shops and restaurants and about 15-20 minutes walk from Lowestoft railway station and the town centre.
