She was professional throughout, pity you dont have a Charlotte in every branch.I fear my words may not accurately describe how impressed I was with Charlotte and Tom. I dont know if Howards have any type of reward structure, but I would like to give my recommendations for Charlotte to be re-warded in manor fitting her service.Honorary mention: Tom who in the absence of Charlotte stepped up and assisted me. Sold our property through Howards and our main dealings where with mike, well what can I say absolute fantastic chap kept me calm when I was being messed about and stressing my self out, if it wasnt for him I would of ended up pulling out of the sale.
