Never again....Before buying my insignia i was told it had Bluetooth connectivity, it didn't... never got sent the rest of the documents for the car that was ""misplaced" and after driving the car for a few days i found a few mechanical problems so took it in and heard nothing for about a week, so i called them and got told they was "confused" as to what they was doing with it although they told me what they was going to do to repair it but instead they left it there for a week doing nothing leaving me to struggle without a car and not informing me. After 11 days i got a call saying all was sorted to picked car up and they changed easy things like mirrors but the gearbox crunching and glow plug problem is still happening despite being told its done so feel like ive been totally scammed for price i paid. Typical sales, once you pay for car the aftersales goes out the window. No customer care. Not happy.
Chris Bone was great, he made the process easy and enjoyable and was prepared to go the extra mile, really nice guy!
load of rubbish,dont deal with them!! they will sell you a car just dont go back for a warranty job as the just not interested,give you sob story about getting permission, had my car two days to fit a switch,i could have bought on e bay and done it myself quicker than that bunch of tossers!!
Sold me a duff car.Only bonus is I stuck to my guns and used the sale of goods act. Saved myself over 3 grand in repairs they initially claimed was "wear and tear" Don't let them fob you off, I'm still paying for stuff to be fixed which they claimed was "fully serviced"Also, they neglected to give me a locking wheel nut removal tool, and now won't return my calls to sort it out.EDIT in response to your answer 01/10/18I have phoned you guys 3 times, and no one calls me back. Each time I was asking to speak to the man that sold me the car, (not named for anonymity reasons)I am glad that the car no longer has warranty, as I can actually go to another garage now and get my car actually fixed now from people that actually don't mislead paying customers
Would never go here again! Took us about 20 minutes to find the place then when we did finally get there... on time, Terry, whom we had an appointment with, tried to pass us off to somebody else even though he had made the appointment with me. No one else was available so we were then asked to wait in the waiting room. THIS PLACE IS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR
