Brilliant service from Sam, (who has since left), but the service department lost my service booklet. They did replace after some arguing, but have not even apologised for it. I will never buy another vehicle from a company controlled by Robinsons again.
Very polite and helpful staff, made my service quick and painless
The service department can only be described as well below expectations. Tried twice to have parking sensors fitted, but the first time they painted the sensors the wrong colour (and they would have been fitted anyway had the sales rep not intervened), and the second time they were unable to fit them as they had somehow misplaced a connecting wire. This review would be 1 star had it not been for the excellent service of the sales rep who was willing to go the extra mile and saved my car from having two-tone sensors!
