Had three major issues with my Renault Approved car I brought from Mitchells, 2 have been fixed free of charge but was quoted over 100 for diagnostics on the third issue of which I've not even had the car for 6 months yet. I can't honestly recommend this dealer or the Zoe due to the hassle I have had with issues that I would not expect buying an approved used car.Edit: Another issue, took it back for repairs and the repair has failed.

I find the dealership itself to be very friendly and knowledgeable, it's just unfortunate that Renault have stopped producing the car I want with the spec I want. I would have liked to have stayed with them (I own a Renault now) but I guess its time to look elsewhere.Following my review the dealership contacted me via email, after emails flying back and forth I received a phone call, they have been more than helpful and professional in trying to resolve the issues. I'm happy to to say that they have now sorted them out and that I will be able to test drive the model at my convenience, and should I want to order it I'd be better to wait until January as a better spec model will be available. Well done Mitchell's I'm now more than happy with your customer service.
