I cannot rate these guys highly enough. My wife and I dealt with Belvedere when looking for a small second car, and from the first phone call to book in the test drive the experience has been hassle free. I normally dread buying used cars but Belvedere made this painless, dare I say enjoyable process. Great company, very friendly easy going and patient. Just a bit lack of information but the end of the day and overall quick making the car ready with inspection and 12 months mot. I am very happy and I do recommend .I saw all this nasty comments, but I havent experienced anything like that so for me they are lovely people. I cant be more honest.

Dreadful! Paid securing deposit on owner's assurance vehicle had A/C. Travelled 300 miles to buy but car didn't have A/C. Total waste of time and trainfares and TWO MONTHS LATER, still don't have deposit back!! I phone and email almost every day and am assured it will be done but it still hasn't been returned. This man, Michael Kynaston I believe is the owner, is despicable. I cannot recommend you deal with him.
